J. TEGAN BROADWATER

President & Founder

TEGAN served as a Fort Worth Police Officer for 13 years. His tenure included stints with both city and county Narcotics Units, the Gang Unit, the Homicide/Cold Case Unit, and the FBI Gang & Violent Crimes Task Force. He also worked and investigated cases with the DEA, Secret Service, and ATF. In 2001, he provided armed security at the United Nations Building, executed threat assessments and served as a protection specialist/armed transport of persons and supplies at "Ground Zero" in New York City during the September 11 catastrophe. Over the span of his law enforcement career he executed over 5000 arrests and created, prepared and served over 500 dynamic, high-risk search warrants.

Tegan is an expert undercover operator and also has extensive experience in personal protection, investigations and threat analysis. Trained in mixed martial arts at the Rister International Academy in Irving, Texas, and a certified instructor of Defensive Tactics and Tactical Driving, he also instructed veteran officers and recruits at the Fort Worth Police Department for 9 years.

Tegan received dozens of commendations and awards during his tenure as a police officer. Among those, a Certificate of Merit for tracking, locating and seizing C-4 explosives during a gang retaliation plot, two high-honor awards presented by then Texas Senator Mike Moncrief for his work in New York City at “Ground Zero”, and of his 13-year tenure, he was a four-time nominee for the Fort Worth Police Department’s Officer of the Year award. For his deep undercover work in Operation Fish Bowl, a self-initiated project turned massive FBI operation that sentenced 41 violent Crip gang members to a total of 629 years of prison time, Tegan earned the United States Attorney Commendation Award, and the Fort Worth Police Department’s Officer of the Year award. In addition, Operation Fish Bowl was nominated for the F.B.I.’s Overall Case of the Year. Broadwater has since authored the popular book, “Life In The Fish Bowl” detailing his experiences within this operation and its effect on the community. The profits from this book are being donated to charities that mentor children of incarcerated parents.

In May of 2008, in search of a new way to change lives for the better, Tegan left the police department and founded Tactical Systems Network, LLC in Fort Worth, Texas; a faith-rich, armed-security, personal protection and consultantcy firm that also provides investigation and tactical training services for police, private security, and select civilians. TSN provides their executive-level services to businesses, and individuals ranging from religious organizations and schools to domestic violence victims and witnesses, to politicians and celebrities.

HOLLI J. BROADWATER

Chief Executive Officer

HOLLI oversees TSN operations and financials while utilizing the expertise from her previous business successes to provide an extraordinary service base to our clients. Her related experience began in 2003 when she founded Broadwater & Associates, a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive personal services to high net worth clientele. She worked alongside an attorney and CPA handling Estate Planning, business management and continuity, banking, estate contractor coordination, and supported general living provisions for her clients.

In 2006, she teamed with her networking counterparts to form as directors of one of her client's many businesses. There she handled all aspects of the businesses from licensing to financials, subcontracting reputable laborers, to the hiring and firing of operating staffs.

In 2008, Holli joined TSN as the CFO. She has since gained comprehensive knowledge of the security industry and how it relates to private wealth needs. Holli combines valuable resources from her other successful businesses and TSN to create an all-encompassing private wealth resource firm that focuses on maintaining a low profile for those clients wishing for the same. In January of 2015, she promoted to the majority owner and CEO of Tactical Systems Network, LLC and continues to commit to its growth and position as a leading-edge, custom security and investigation consultancy.

 

CRISTI SELLECK

Director of Client Relations

CRISTI brings over a decade of business and relationship-building experience from both the marketing and operations sectors. She spent six years as a teacher in a high-level private environment and assisted with the development of scholastic and extra-curricular programs. She remained there for 10 years; challenged with organizing, teaching and coaching to make a significant difference in many lives.

Cristi spent five years in the sales & marketing industry where she excelled as top producer on a consistent basis and proved her ability to relate to her clientele and establish and maintain genuine professional relationships.

In 2009, Cristi joined the TSN team. She involved herself in meetings and strategy, engaging and accepting strategic mentoring in an industry she soon became intimately involved. She earned her promotion to Director of Client relations and now focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships, employee relations and efficient and organized operations. Cristi is an invaluable asset to our success in this sensitive service-based industry.

 

DANNY O. COULSON

Network Partner / International Consultant

DANNY served in the Federal Bureau of Investigation for thirty-one years. He was the Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI with responsibility for worldwide terrorism investigations, commanded four FBI Field Divisions, and created and commanded the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team. He has commanded operations that led to the recovery of over 300 hostages and the apprehension of hundreds of the world's most dangerous fugitives and terrorists.

As Commander of the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team, he received the Distinguished Service award from the Attorney General for his command of a tactical operation against the most heavily armed terrorist group ever faced by a United States Law Enforcement Agency. This operation involved federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. He was the appointed Tactical Commander of the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary riot, where he coordinated all tactical assets and efforts of hostage negotiators. This operation led to the recovery of over one hundred hostages and the peaceful surrender of one thousand prisoners. He was selected by the Director of the FBI as a commander at the Oklahoma City Bombing, where he coordinated the efforts of hundreds of federal, state and local law enforcement officers and secured the arrest of the primary subject in that investigation.

Mr. Coulson regularly appears on Network Television as an expert in Terrorism and Violent Crime and handles security matters for a major sports organization as well as major corporations throughout the United States and abroad. He has conducted successful security operations within the following countries: USA, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, Chile, Nigeria, Israel, Malaysia, and Panama. These operations included executive protection for heads of state, security assessments for private corporations and assessments of intelligence and border security operations. He also provides training and Executive Protection support for governments in Central and South America, Africa, and the Middle East.

Mr. Coulson has a BA in Government from Texas Christian University, a law degree from Southern Methodist University, and graduated from the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Additionally, he has trained with elite Counter Terrorist Teams from around the world.

Mr. Coulson is the Author of “No Heroes”, which recounts highlights of his accomplished FBI career. His book has been the basis for four movies on the History Channel, the Discovery Channel and the Military Channel.
